For over 20 years, S & R Turf has been recognized for their agronomic and drainage skills throughout the golf industries, athletic field industries and turf grass industries. S&R Turf is located between Myrtle Beach and Florence in the small town of Aynor, South Carolina. We have been able to provide many services due to our educated team that strives to deliver high quality projects using our talents and experience. We strive to meet goals, timelines, and budgets to see that each client’s vision is achieved.  As members of the American Sports Builders Association, we stay current on athletic field construction specifications to ensure proper drainage and irrigation systems, soil amendments and infield materials, and turf specifications to guarantee fields that hold up for their intended use and provide safe playing surfaces. We use specialized equipment and state of the art laser grading technology to ensure that we deliver quality and timely construction to your fields and playing surfaces.

Our owner, Stephen Rabon, has a degree in Turf Grass Management and has put forth his knowledge to provide services to golf courses in both North and South Carolina for their pump station installation and maintenance as well as contract spraying needs. The strong passion for the golf courses has been a foundation for this business.

As a family owned and operated business for over 20 years, we have now taken our passion for grass to a different level. Being a part of a multiple generation farming family we have now taken things back to our roots. S&R Turf now owns and operates its very own sod farm that sells to golf courses, schools or organizations for athletic fields as well as to landscapers and individual homeowners. We specialize in our Certified Tifway 419 Bermuda that not only do we sell to our loyal customers but we use on our sports fields that we construct. We offer non-certified Bermuda as well along with Certified TifBlair Centipede, Zenith Zoysia and Crowne Zoysia. We will guarantee you quality sod with an efficient and courteous delivery, where we are currently delivering here locally in Aynor and Conway but we always deliver in: Calabash, Georgetown, Pawleys Island, Charleston, Florence, Sumter and Rockingham.
